Individual and Family therapy sessions are available.
I am paneled with Anthem, Blue Cross Blue Shield, and Cigna. Individuals with Out-of-Network Benefits through their insurance may receive compensation for a portion of therapy services. Therapy Services are covered by your Health Savings Account (HSA) or your Flexible Spending Account (FSA).

Health Coaching
A minimum of three months being coached is recommended to ensure your new healthy habits become self-sustaining, lifelong patterns.
Delta wellness packages incorporate this understanding of behavior as an outline of your path ahead. A package is a commitment that you make to yourself to persist in your efforts long enough to see real tangible results.
Individual sessions are offered in order to permit clients to add sessions based on need. Some may find more than three months to be better suited to their goals if they have significant challenges, such as quitting smoking, significant weight loss, or client’s who have been unable to sustain positive health behaviors.
Health Coaching Services may be covered by your Health Savings Account (HSA) or via your Flexible Spending Account (FSA), particularly with a letter of medical necessity from your doctor.

Sessions can occur face to face, by phone, or video chat. Included is a personalized health plan, customized coaching material, and receive monthly emails with special promotions, upcoming workshops, or wellness tips.
Payment by check is encouraged. Credit card payments are accepted with a 3% convenience charge.
